Data Deletion Policy

Overview

Users can delete their accounts and associated data through a simple and transparent process.

Third-Party Data Deletion:

If your data has been shared with third parties for service fulfilment (e.g., insurance claims), we will notify these parties to delete your information, where applicable.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in: Use your credentials to access the app.
  2. Profile Section: Navigate to the “Profile” or “Settings” section.
  3. Select Delete Account: Locate and click the “Delete Account” option.
  4. Reason for Deletion: Provide a reason (optional) and confirm deletion.
  5. Confirmation Popup: Click “Yes” to finalize the request.

Deletion Timeline

  • 15-Day Waiting Period: Your account enters a 15-day waiting period. During this time, you can log back in to reactivate the account.
  • Permanent Deletion: After 15 days, if no action is taken, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted.

Important: Once the account is deleted, recovery is not possible.

Alternatives For Data Deletion Request Methods

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can submit a written request to:

  • Email: Send your request to admin@haildentrepair.com.au with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  • Mail: Send a written request to 11 Rosecrea Court, Glenmore Park, NSW 2745. Include your account details and verification information for processing.

Facebook Chat Data Deletion

If a user wishes to delete the chat data exchanged via Facebook, they must submit a written request to the Administrator using the following contact methods:

  • Email: Send the request to admin@haildentrepair.com.au with the subject line “Facebook Chat Data Deletion Request.” And include your account details for the process.
  • Mail: Address the request to 11 Rosecrea Court, Glenmore Park, NSW 2745.

Upon receiving a valid request, the Administrator will process the deletion of Facebook chat data within 15 days, ensuring all associated data is permanently removed from the system. The user will be notified once the deletion has been completed.

App-Specific Information

Hail Dent Repair (Consumer App)

  • Purpose: Enables customers to request vehicle repair services.
  • Data Collected: Personal and vehicle details for repair facilitation.

Hail Dent Technician (Technician App)

  • Purpose: Provides technicians with job notifications and allocation.
  • Data Collected: Location (if permitted), availability, and profile information for job matching.

Welcome to our new Hail Dent Repair App

After a year and half of development, we are finally ready to release this Hail Dent Repair App. Inspired by excellent feedback by our customer base and to provide a platform of that expedites dent repair quotes with nearest pdr technician. There are two apps – customer and technician and these are used to communicate to the PDR technicians closest to you. Download the Customer Hail Dent Repair App and start placing the job including minor door dints and dings, non-insurance private hail dent repair and insurance hail dent repairs.

For PDR Technicians Hail Dent Repair App

How it works is jobs come through from our feed / ads and comes to the local area whoever is closest. So you should get a notification and have about 20 to 30 minutes to get the job – if you can do it. It’s an incentive rather than a replacement of your business.

You get to chat to the customer and arrange from there. We have all jobs on our system and can also allocate those jobs if missed.

There are more features including insurance quotation calculators and private door dint jobs. More features will be coming through in future.
